Weekly Nourishing Foods Menu Planners:

The first thing you will notice when you login to the site is that you have landed on the member homepage, which will always show the current Nourishing Foods Menu Planner (NFMP).  You can see all of the weekly NFMP’s under the sidebar.  You will also find all of the holiday and seasonal menu planners under Nourishing Foods Menu Planners.

The NFMP diet is similar to the GAPS or Paleo diet, eliminating grains, sugars and starches.  If this diet does not work for you, there are many other menu planners to choose from under Allergy Free Menu Planners (AFMP), which you can also view under the sidebar.

When you click on Allergy Free Menu Planners on the sidebar, you will see all the diets we have available.  Here is a list of the diets that we currently have menu planners for:

The best place to start is to find the diet that works the best for you.  Even if you have food allergies that don’t fit one of these diets perfectly, find the one that matches the closest.

If you are having trouble finding a diet that works for you, please feel free to contact me and I will help you out with this process.

If you are satisfied with a menu planner you have found under a specific diet, you can then click “Print.”  This will open a new window on your browser and the PDF for the menu planner will be created.  You can then save this menu planner to your computer or print it directly from the web.
